Oasis Rentals hired Niche Tank to create an online showcase for their vacation rental repertoire. They also requested a custom booking engine that would allow their visitors to make online reservations. As a growing business in a competitive marketplace Oasis Rentals needed a website that would generate more online sales. With a constant flux of properties, property specs, images and reservations, the website's content and reservation management system would need to be easy to operate.

Oasis Rentals' new online brand reflects the business' identity, ideals and dedication to quality. This brand projects the image and voice of a professional leader in the Palm Springs vacation rental market. Easy to use and aesthetically pleasing the website provides a complete property search engine, customized property listings, property stats and beautiful image galleries.
We built a reservations management system with features that are customized to Oasis Rentals' own unique internal processes. The booking engine was created using Niche Reservation and turns what would otherwise be a complicated booking e-commerce process into streamlined transactions. Visitors receive a warm welcome and a pleasant, focused and easy booking experience. Determining rates for a property within any given dates is fun and easy. Visitors can even customize their booking with add-on options. Once the reservation process is completed the e-commerce system automatically generates a customized contract and rental receipt.
Oasis Rentals now enjoys a new content management system that allows easy property updates, availability calendar management and rental rates administration. Their secure reservation management system is built right into their content management system within the same login for easy administration.
